1. Shipping & Delivery – BenzoUSA
All orders are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. In the United States, your local postal carrier or courier service will complete the delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.
BenzoUSA currently offers delivery across the United States and international shipping, with the following options:
- Standard U.S. Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days for faster service.
All orders are packaged using discreet delivery methods, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at every stage of the shipping process. There are no visible labels or markings indicating the contents of the package.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email notification with the relevant details.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or regulatory checks. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery windows, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

2. RETURN POLICY
Contact our customer service team if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased. We will resend your order for free if the product is damaged, defective or the seller sent the wrong item. For orders out of the US, We are sorry but we do not accept product returns. International regulations prevent the return of medicines.

You will receive a concealed package so that no one but you will know about your order. Since your order is a gift, we do not indicate the price on the packaging.
